During my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel room was always super tidy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of business. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, made up for it with its peaceful park setting. the two restaurants on-site offered a great selection of delicious dishes. I highly recommend Doubletree By Hilton for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my new year stay, I enjoyed the abundance of natural light in the main lobby, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was a definite highlight, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Additionally, the gym facilities were satisfactory for my fitness needs.

On the downside, communication proved to be a challenge as the hotel staff had limited English proficiency. This made it difficult to convey dietary restrictions, resulting in a lack of vegan options during breakfast.

Lovely room, comfortable, balcony upgrade, excellent service, caring staff, were very good.

Amazing gym and pool facilities, great breakfast choices, and friendly staff create a wonderful holiday experience. The huge variety of workout equipment and pool size ensure you can keep fit whilst on holiday. The breakfast options are great with delicious fresh juices. The staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions or requests.

the exclusive amenities like Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Sun loungers made our stay a unique experience. the service was amazing, they treated us like VIPs. the restaurant served us delicious food and the packed lunch was fresh and fulfilling.

The only minor issue we encountered was the poor Wi-Fi connection in the leisure/ TV room. This hotel needs to improve that aspect.

Great Location, Nice Complimentary Facts

Spent Christmas weekend at this hotel and the location was great, surrounded by a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and gave us complimentary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies upon arrival. The executive lounge was a nice perk, and the breakfast had a variety of options.

The room temperature was not up to par, with no functioning air conditioning, and the temperature rising to an unbearable level in the afternoon. When we brought this up with the front desk, we were given inaccurate information and were not provided a satisfactory solution.
